No event should be read in isolation when multiple dockets or agencies are involved. A release in one case does not cancel a hold in another. Likewise, the end of New Britain court holding does not prove that DOC, federal, or immigration custody ended.

Reading New Britain Release Proof
Strong confirmation comes from agreement among the official sources. A docket showing bond plus DOC showing no current custody can support a recent release, but a direct agency response is safer when timing is urgent. A docket showing mittimus plus a DOC facility result supports continuing state custody. A parole vote without a release status shows a planned event, not a finished one.
